1. The flat is rented by the day.
2. Check-in starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please take care of the flat, turn off unnecessary lights, turn off the water, close the windows and turn off the TV when leaving the flat.
3. Guests receive a set of keys at their disposal on the day of arrival, which they are obliged to return to the flat's Resident on the day of departure. In the event of their loss or destruction, guests will be charged a fee of PLN 100.
4. In the event of a shortened period of stay by the renter, the rental amount for the unused period is not refunded.
5. On the day of arrival, a deposit of PLN 200 (EUR 50) is charged to the guest, which is refunded on the day of departure if there is no permanent damage to the equipment in the flat and to the leisure equipment given to the guest (beach chairs, bicycles).
6. The Renter may not lend or sublet the Apartment to other persons. In the event that the list of persons using the Apartments declared in the booking confirmation is exceeded (without the consent and knowledge of the Owner or an authorised person), the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement with all consequences without having to refund the previously paid fee.
7. The rental price does not include the hirer's insurance. The services are used by the Tenants at their own risk. The Owner is not responsible for injuries, damage and destruction of property (damage caused to the health and property of a third party) including theft of the Tenant's property during the entire stay.
8. Damage must be reported immediately to the Owner. The absence of any comments from the Renter regarding such damage within 5 hours of receiving the keys means that the Renter has no objections to the entire Apartment and its furnishings and that all appliances and furniture in the Apartment and the recreational equipment made available to the Renter are in working order and in good condition.
9. The Renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to the Apartment and the leisure equipment during their stay and agrees that any repair of damage, completion of missing equipment or rectification of defects will be carried out at their expense. The Owner may dispose of the deposit collected from the Renter for this purpose. If the damage exceeds the value of the deposit, the hirer undertakes to pay the difference in cash before the end of the stay.
10. Smoking and fish frying are strictly prohibited in the apartments.
11. Parking of the car is only possible in a designated parking space.
12. In the event that the Renter significantly violates the peace or well-being of the neighbours and does not respect the generally applicable norms of interpersonal coexistence (quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 7:00), the Owner reserves the right to terminate the Renter's stay in the Apartment and is then not obliged to refund the unused period of stay.
13. Guests must comply with fire safety regulations, in particular it is forbidden to bring flammable substances, explosives or materials with an unpleasant smell into the flats. 
14. The Renter is not allowed to make any repairs or alterations to the Apartment without the prior consent of the Owner of the facility. It is forbidden to move the furniture in the Apartment or items of equipment to other flats. The renter is obliged to immediately inform the Owner about the need for repairs.
15. The Renter is obliged to maintain tidiness on the resort premises and to return the Apartment in a condition requiring only final cleaning. The final cleaning paid for by the Rentee includes washing and disinfecting the bathroom, window panes vacuuming and washing the floors. When handing over the flat, the renter is obliged to wash the dishes, take out the rubbish, keep the kitchen cupboards and the fridge clean. If additional cleaning work is required after the tenant's stay, the tenant is obliged to cover the costs of its performance in the amount of PLN 60 (EUR 15) This fee will be taken from the deposit left.
16. The owner is not responsible for any temporary inconvenience caused by independent suppliers, e.g. temporary power or water shortages.
17. We accept pets on the premises of the Resort for an additional fee of PLN 50 (EUR 15) per week of stay, provided that this is notified in advance at the time of booking and that the pets will not endanger or disturb persons living in the surrounding area. The hirer is obliged to clean up after the animal and bears all responsibility for any damage caused by their animal. The Apartment staff has the right to refuse to provide accommodation to guests who have brought a pet to the facility without prior arrangement.
18. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services shall apply.
            

1. Please wear your swimsuit before entering the pool.
2. Only enter and exit the pool using the ladder.
3. Jumping into the water is strictly prohibited.
4. The use of the pool by children is only permitted under adult supervision.
5. Entry is forbidden to persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or other drugs.
6. Eating, drinking, smoking or chewing gum is forbidden while using the pool.
7. For the safety of swimmers, it is advised to keep an eye on each other so that assistance can be given if necessary.
8. "Skarb Bałtyku" shall not be held liable for negative consequences of the use of the pool or accidents caused by violation of the rules.
9. For damage to the swimming pool and its integral facilities, full responsibility is borne by those who caused the damage.
10. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for damage caused by minors.
11. The owner reserves the right to interrupt access to the pool for reasons beyond his control (power failure, breakdown).
12. Persons violating these regulations will be removed from the pool.
13. Unawareness of the rules and regulations does not excuse you from responsibility for improper use of the pool, and the "Skarb Bałtyku" is not liable for negative consequences.
20. Rental in the "Skarb Bałtyku" is treated as acceptance of the rules and regulations of the pool use.

1. The use of the trampoline by children is only permitted under adult supervision.
2. The maximum load of the trampoline must not exceed 100 kg.
3. It is forbidden for more than one person to use the trampoline at the same time. This can lead to dangerous accidents.
4. It is forbidden to perform rolls and flips. Landing on the head can lead to neck injury, spinal fracture even when performed in the middle of the trampoline.
5. It is forbidden to use the trampoline after dusk.
6. The trampoline is not recommended for children under 6 years of age, but it is allowed under adults supervision.
7. Trampolines are not recommended for acrobatic exercises.
8. Overuse of this trampoline could be dangerous and lead to serious injury.
9. Calmly enter and exit the trampoline. Do not jump off the trampoline onto the ground. Do not use the trampoline as a jumping off and do not jump onto the trampoline from other objects.
10. Avoid lunging too hard. Avoid losing your balance.
11. Jump only in the middle of the trampoline.
12. Do not intentionally jump into the net, do not intentionally bounce off the net. Do not hang yourself with your hands on the arms of the trampoline.
13. Eating, drinking, smoking or chewing gum is forbidden while using the trampoline.
14. Only use the trampoline when it is dry and properly lit.
16. Do not use the trampoline carrying sharp objects.
16. The trampoline is for use by adult or under adult supervision.
17. "Skarb Bałtyku" is not responsible for negative consequences of the use of the trampoline caused by a violation of the rules and regulations.
18. Unawareness of the rules and regulations does not excuse you from responsibility for improper use of the trampoline, and the "Skarb Bałtyku" is not liable for negative consequences.
19. Rental in the "Skarb Bałtyku" is treated as acceptance of the regulations for the use of the trampoline use.
